On Saturday, giant topiaries return to Atlanta Botanical Garden, this time adhering to a new theme: Alice in Wonderland. If you've seen any of the Garden’s Imaginary Worlds exhibits before, then you know that you will find larger-than-life topiaries made from, of course, live plants. Make plans now to see the newest reincarnation, Imaginary Worlds: Alice’s Wonderland, this weekend!
Highlights of Imaginary Worlds: Alice’s Wonderland include a giant white rabbit – more than 27-feet tall – who floats inside an upside-down umbrella in the Skyline Garden pond. On the Skyline lawn there is an expansive chess board bordered by nine heart "trees," each more than 12-feet tall. Nearby, find the giant Cheshire Cat. Alice is also hiding somewhere within the garden. Who’s up for the challenge of finding her?
Since Atlanta Botanical Garden opened its doors in 1976, it has become the emerald jewel in the crown of Atlanta culture. The Garden is an ever-evolving destination where the horticulturally-minded, nature-inspired and fun-seeking families come together to feel human again.
Renowned plant collections, beautiful displays and spectacular exhibitions make the Atlanta Botanical Garden the loveliest place in the city to visit. An urban oasis in the heart of Midtown, the Garden includes 30 acres of outdoor gardens, an award-winning Children’s Garden, the serene Storza Woods highlighted by a unique Canopy Walk, and the picturesque Skyline Garden.
Don’t let the latest Imaginary Worlds exhibit pass you by! Admission to Imaginary Worlds: Alice’s Wonderland is $18.95 for children (3-12) and $21.95 for adults (13+). You may purchase tickets online now at https://atlantabg.org/ or in person at Atlanta Botanical Garden.
Community interaction is an important part of life, which is why Woodhaven at Park Bridge Apartments in Alpharetta, Georgia is urging you to join in the all of the excitement at this event! Don’t be shy—plenty of fun awaits in the greater neighborhood beyond our beautiful apartment community.
